Here at Telford Elim, we care about the spiritual and personal formation of our Young Adults. We believe that God has created each and everyone of us in His image, and with a purpose and call upon our lives – to believe in and follow Jesus.

We are in an age when these truths are commonly known among many young Christians, but the struggle can be applying these truths to our lives. Therefore, we believe having a Young Adult ministry is vital so we young adults can live like disciples of Jesus in this world.

As Young Adults, we believe what the Scripture says in Proverbs 27:17, ‘As iron sharpens iron so one person sharpens another.’ Belonging to a group which becomes like a family is one of the reasons we exist.

We realise it is so important to have a space where we as Young Adults can collectively learn more about the Christian faith; a space to discuss some of life’s challenges – of being a young Christian in today’s world, and a space to thrive together.

Here at Young Adults, there is a space to learn about Christ, grow and flourish in your faith, ask questions, find support and be a part of the family at Telford Elim. The Young Adult’s ministry exists here at Telford Elim to grow maturing followers of Jesus, who is the way, the truth and the life (John 14:6); as well as going forth and making disciples (Matthew 28:19-20), who then are equipped for life, and to live for Christ.
